For Actio, the Turkish electric motorcycle brand built on local engineering, we crafted an e-commerce-driven web platform that brings individual riders and commercial fleets under the same roof.
Visit WebsiteActio is a Turkish engineering company that designs, manufactures, and markets electric motorcycles and mobility products. Bringing together a user spectrum that spans the urban individual rider, the high-volume courier, and the operations manager overseeing a fleet — all under one digital roof — required an architecture that goes beyond a conventional e-commerce setup. Whether the visitor was a city professional, a courier making a hundred deliveries a day, or a fleet operations lead, the experience had to flow in a different direction from the moment they entered.
A quiet, free lane that redefines the daily commute of the urban individual. Here, the brand offers more than a product — a shift in habit.
The commercial channel built around efficiency for couriers, carriers, and fleet managers. Total cost of ownership, ease of maintenance, and long-range arithmetic sit at the heart of the decision, so this lane speaks to the user in numbers.
We designed a mobile-first, spacious interface that keeps cognitive load low. Instead of forcing the individual and commercial journeys onto a single page, we split them at the very start of the main flow; the visitor enters their own world with the first choice they make.
We built the e-commerce backbone on Medusa.js with a custom backend tailored to the project’s needs. Product management, order flow, inventory control, and B2B fleet capabilities were unified at a single core; the foundation for online sales — to open post-launch — is in place.
We also embedded a financial savings calculator that gives concrete shape to the economic case for electric riding. The user enters monthly mileage, the annual saving appears instantly; we translated the story of a technical product into the language of a financial decision.
We continue to develop the project — for which we delivered end-to-end service including brand identity applications, e-commerce infrastructure, payment service integrations, and fleet management connections — in parallel with the brand's product launches.
