CZAR is a textile brand targeting the Russian, Middle Eastern, and Asian marketsthat aim to bring a different breath to the concept of traditional clothing by taking inspiration from women around the world.
The brand that was going to enter the market primarily targeted countries influenced by Russia and the Russian market. The brand, which promised a traditional elegance in its product designs and drew power from emotions such as grandeur, nobility, and a palatial atmosphere, needed a name and a signature corporate identity that could convey these feelings to the end user.
The visual identity of the Romanov dynasty and Faberge eggs presented in the brand's first presentation provided an important clue about the visual direction the brand aimed for.
The name CZAR was chosen based on the approach of the Russian Tsars and the dynasty. Then, a logo was prepared by hand, matching the shape of Faberge eggs as per the customer's special request and also having a signature quality for the brand. Of course, we supported the logo with a comprehensive corporate identity that could convey the brand's feelings.
