The main goal was to increase brand awareness, create a community, strengthen the connection with users and convey accurate and reliable information about projects through social media communication.
While ensuring that the target audience better understands the brand's values, it was necessary to do this in a manner consistent with the brand's corporate identity.
SOLUTION
We created a social media strategy for the brand and designed a visual world parallel to the corporate identity we created. We updated the communication tone used on digital and social media platforms to be consistent with the brand values.
With the content strategy we created from scratch, we enabled all the brand's products and services to be more effectively communicated to users.
