Lotus Biscoff, which was inspired by the combination of the words Biscuit + Coffee,is one of the most important brands in Belgium.
The goal was to develop a digital strategy that would increase communication efficiency and convey the usage of the product to the end user in a sincere and personal way.
It was an important goal to transmit to the target audience the perfect harmony that Lotus Biscoff and coffee combination creates and the 3 times the enjoyment that the brand promises.
As part of our digital strategy, we created engaging social media content that aligns with Lotus Biscoff's friendly tone, allowing us to connect with consumers. We also shared the contents according to the retail schedule.
We highlighted the relationship between biscuits and coffee and emphasized the brand by creating special content using digital and non-digital methods such as manual skills, stop-motion films, and animations.
Although we prepared our creative content primarily for Turkey, they were also frequently used by Lotus Bakeries' global accounts. So, we reached hundreds of thousands of users in other countries through our content. Moreover, we won the Best Practice award with the services we provided to Lotus Bakeries.
The brand has come a long way since the first day we started. Many coffee lovers in Turkey now have a better understanding that Lotus Biscoff is an inseparable duo with coffee.
